Acceptance

By browsing this site or writing the desk to request a seat, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not request a seat.

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid seats already invoiced will be confirmed in writing before they apply to that invoice.

What we offer

Mindtracegrid teaches privacy-first app measurement. This website describes programs, seats, and journal notes. Prices are informational. No payment is collected on this site. A contract for a seat exists only after we accept your request in writing and issue an invoice.

Program descriptions, dates, and instructor assignments may change if a studio cannot run as planned. We will offer a later cohort or a refund according to the refund note.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send us, for obtaining any internal approvals (including counsel clearance for production data), and for keeping login details to any shared classroom tools confidential. You must not upload personal data of third parties unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Classroom discussion may include anonymised event lists. You agree not to re-identify individuals from materials shared in studio and not to publish other teams’ taxonomies without their written consent.

Intellectual property

Mindtracegrid owns the site design, the journal text, syllabus frameworks, and teaching materials we provide, unless a separate licence says otherwise. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use templates and notes for your internal measurement work. You may not resell the syllabus, record live sessions for public distribution, or present our materials as your productised course.

Event lists, warehouse schemas, and product copy you bring remain yours. We may reference anonymised patterns in teaching, without naming your company, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, submit malware through forms, or use our marks to imply a partnership we have not agreed. Do not use studio access to build a competing measurement course from our unpublished critiques during or within twelve months after your last session.

Liability

Programs are educational. We do not certify PDPA, GDPR, or any other compliance. We do not guarantee a change in conversion, retention, or legal outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mindtracegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the site or from a program.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid seat is limited to the fees you actually paid for that seat in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Warranties

The site and journal are provided as-is. We take care with teaching quality but do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that examples will match your stack. Third-party images and fonts are provided by their publishers under their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Thai law. The office address and phone listed on this site are the contact details for notices.
